Small Activities Scheme (SAS) is launched

We were delighted to welcome the visit of Anne Creux from our AusAID Pretoria Office to officially launch our new SAS program. This is the first time that such a program has been extended to the countries of the Indian Ocean including Mauritius, Madagascar, the Seychelles and the Union of Comoros and involves an annual budget for the countries of the South West Indian Ocean of approximately AUD 90,000.
This is in addition to our very well known and successful Direct Aid Program (DAP) which will continue in its present form. DAP involves an annual budget of around AUD 45,000. We are continuing to receive applications for aid funding from all our countries of accreditation and welcome any new applications for consideration.
